Each Williams Penalty CardTM or product, is carefully inspected before being shipped, however errors can and will happen. We warrant this product to be free of defect, damage, and quality related issues. Anything not meeting your level of satisfaction, can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Only unopened CD/DVD products can be returned for a full return. This warranty does not cover products misused, abused, or normal wear and tear.
